A: Hi, Sue. How are you this morning?
A: 嗨,蘇!你今天早晨好嗎?
B: Hi, Yan. Morning! I'm fine. And you?
B: 嗨,燕!早上好!我很好。你呢?
A: I'm good. What would you like to do today?
A: 我很好。你今天想做什么?
B: I'd like to buy some presents for my children.
B: 我想給我的孩子們買些禮物。
A: That's a good idea. What kind of things do you want to buy?
A: 好主意。你想買什么?
B: Some clothes, perhaps. And maybe some traditional Chinese gifts.
B: 也許買幾件衣服。也可能買一些中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)禮物。
A: Ok. I know a good place to go to.
A: 好。我知道一個(gè)好地方。
Note:
1. If you want to ask someone about what they would like to do, e.g. today (or tomorrow, or the weekend, or next week), you can say: 如果你想問(wèn)某人想做什么,比如今天(明天,周末或者下周),你可以說(shuō):What would you like to do today? 你今天想做什么?
2. And if you want to say what you would like to do, you can begin your sentence: 如果你想說(shuō)你想做什么,你可以這樣開(kāi)始:I'd like to . . . 我想... ... e.g. I'd like to buy some presents. 我想要買一些禮物。I'd like to go shopping. 我想去購(gòu)物。
