each 強調(diào)個體，“各個”，指兩者或兩者以上中的每一個，可以做主語，賓語，定語和同位語，可以和of 連用，each of us =we each,each student =every student ,作主語時，謂語使用單數(shù)，each not 連用是全否定，Each man here is not lazy .這兒的每個人都不懶惰。every not
連用是部分否定，Every man here is not lazy .并不是每個人都懶惰。
every 強調(diào)整體，不能單獨使用，指三者或三者以上中的“每一個”，只作定語，
every +基數(shù)詞+名詞復數(shù)=every+序數(shù)詞+名詞單數(shù)，譯為“每……”，“每隔……”，every three days =every third day 每三天
every other day =every two days =every second day 每隔一天/每兩天
the other day 前幾天
在路的兩邊 on each side of the road /on either side of the road /on both sides of the road
