　　A study on university students shows that those who like ordering food online are easy to feel upset. A research team did research at 18 universities. 1 The longer a student spends online each day,the worse theself-evaluation(自我評價)is and the higher the possibility of being upset is.

　　The research showed that 6.4 percent of the university students order take-away food online almost every day, followed by 16 percent who order 3 to 5 times a week. 2

They also had higher scores in the test for anxiety(焦慮）than those who lived with parents.

　　The research team also found that the students from rich families scored higher in all ways than those from poor families.
